General Terms

1. Bonuses are limited to one instance per user, IP address, electronic device, household, residential address, telephone number, payment method, email address and any public environments where computers and IP addresses are shared.

2. Players are not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player’s actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player’s winnings.

3. All bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, time limitation of bonus life, unless otherwise indicated (see detailed terms of each bonus).

4. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposits or tip other players prior to meeting the wagering requirements but keep in mind that the bonus, the free spins, and winnings will be forfeited.

5. Players can cancel a bonus on the Bonus page, this will remove the active bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. Once cancelled, the procedure cannot be reversed.

6. Only one bonus can be active on a player’s account and bonuses may not be accumulated together. If the player wishes to enable a new bonus offer, he must cancel the active bonus first.

7. Players have the right to refuse to receive any bonuses from the casino.

8. The bonus funds will be placed in a player’s bonus balance (unavailable to withdraw), and will then be credited to a player’s available balance (available to withdraw) once the wagering requirement has been met.

9. Different bonuses may have different wagering requirements (0~50 times), which will be stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.

10. The wagering requirements of 40 times means that you must wager the value of the bonus 40 times. For example, if a player receives a 0.01 BTC bonus, then the player needs to place an accumulated amount of bets amounting to 0.4 BTC before bonus funds and potential winnings are released to his available balance.

11. When placing wagers in Casino and Live Casino games, if there are any remaining balance in the same currency as bonus funds, available funds will be used before bonus funds are used.

12. When players have active bonuses, the winnings on Casino and Live Casino bets are credited directly to bonus balance.

13. Players can only meet the wagering requirements by playing on Slots at Trustdice.win. The bet value in Table Games, Live Games, Dice, Crash or any other games will not count towards the wagering requirement.

14. Slots excluded from all bonus funds play: all softswiss slots, Vegas Nights, Trip to the Future, Robin Hood, Monkey Pirates.

15. TrustDice reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, eligibility, or the promotion itself, without prior notice to end users.

Free Spins

1. Free spins bonuses are where you can play a slots game and have a certain number of spins paid for by TrustDice. The number of free spins you will receive will be clearly stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.

2. Free spins are only available for TrustDice platform accounts.

3. Winning from the free spins will be credited to your balance as bonus funds and will have a wagering requirement attached to it. You will need to fulfill the wagering requirement prior to asking for a withdrawal of those funds.

4. The maximum amount that can be placed on a single bet in order for it to qualify for the wagering of free spin winnings is 300 JPY / 3000 KRW / 3 EUR / 0.0003 BTC / 0.015 ETH / 3 USDT / 3 USDC, unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise.

5. Maximum win amount for free spins is 5,000 JPY / 50000 KRW / 50 EUR / 0.005 BTC / 0.25 ETH / 50 USDT / 50 USDC, unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise.

Deposit Bonuses

1. Deposit bonuses are only available for TrustDice platform accounts.

2. The First / Second / Third Deposit Bonuses can be claimed once per account, on your first, second and third deposit, respectively, regardless of the currency of choice. For example, if you make your first deposit using Bitcoin, the First Deposit Bonus will be added; making a subsequent deposit in another currency will be considered a second deposit (even if it is technically the first deposit in that specific currency), and will receive the Second Deposit Bonus.

3. The maximum bonus amount for the deposit bonus is 1,000,000 JPY / 10,000,000 KRW / 10,000 EUR / 1 BTC / 50 ETH / 10,000 USDT / 10,000 USDC, unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise.

4. Our First / Second / Third Deposit Bonus each have a wager requirement of 40 times.

5. The deposit bonus is valid for 7 days from the date you receive it, unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise. If the wagering requirement hasn’t been completed within the deadline, bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited and deducted from the player’s balance.

6. Only bet with an amount less than 700 JPY / 7,000 KRW / 7 EUR / 0.0007 BTC / 0.0035 ETH / 7 USDT / 7 USDC will count towards the wagering requirement.

Cashback

1. Starting from the level Octopus, players will earn Cashback Points on every bet, regardless of whether the bet is won or lost. (For player level details, please refer to Satoshi Club)

2. Cashback Points can only be earned when placing real money bets (only JPY / EUR / KRW/ BTC / ETH / EOS / USDT/ USDC), not with bonus money or free spins.

3. Players can exchange their Cashback points whenever they want. Cashback points never expire.

4. When a player exchanges Cashback points to Cash, the Cash is credited to the player’s real money wallet and NO wagering requirements.

5. The exchange rate between Cashback points and USDT is 1:1. Players can also choose to exchange for other equivalent currency: JPY / EUR / KRW / BTC / ETH / EOS / USDC.

6. The Cashback Points players can earn on a single bet = bet amount (in USD) × a certain percentage of each game × player’s cashback percentage.

7. The certain percentage of each game: Dice 1.5%, Crash 1.5%, Slots game 3%.

8. The player’s cashback percentage depends on the player’s level. Satoshi level players can get up to 20% cashback.

9. Games that can be played to earn cashback points: Dice, Crash, all slot games (except those included below).

10.
